Yoga has been beneficial for me in so many ways. It has helped me with chronic aches and pains in my hip joints, back and wrist. I've improved my flexibility, strength and balance. You don't have to be an athlete to take yoga, we all work at maintaining our bodies which becomes more difficult as you age. 
One of the best things about Forward Motion Yoga is the serene atmosphere with the peaceful background music and of course Cheryl's effervescent leadership. It's your time to escape for an hour from everything else in your life and focus on YOU.

Cheryl, thankyou for a great season of yoga...I feel great and, at 70 years of age, it is gratifying to say that my golf game has never been better! All that work on building strength, flexibility and balance seems to be paying off.
