I can't thank you enough for exposing me to yoga. I had very little movement
in my left shoulder due to an injury and my motion was so limited. Very
soon after signing up for my first yoga session, I was able to move my arm
up my back. I am still pain free. I now look forward to coming to your classes, the classes are small and less intimating for the flexibly challenged such as myself. I love for that hour how you can get the class to focus on just ourselves. For so many of us this is time to be cherished. I leave your class feeling rejuvenated, peaceful
and relaxed. I would recommend your classes to anyone.

I have been taking yoga at Forward Motion with
Cheryl Ward for 8 months now and have already
noticed surprisingly fast results. My flexibility
and balance have increased greatly as has my
ability to concentrate and breathe. With this, I
have been able to cope with everyday stressors and
lead a much more relaxing life. I love the
comfortable atmosphere and small class size as it
makes it much easier to concentrate on my own
goals. I can honestly say that I couldn’t live
without my weekly yoga class!
