I had the pleasure of being reintroduced to Yoga last year when I joined one of Cheryl Ward's classes at Forward Motion Yoga..  After only a few short months I could feel and see the difference.  My back no longer hurt, my posture improved dramatically and I felt inches taller.  People commented on how tall and straight I looked.  I feel great!  Yoga is now a way of life.  Every morming I incorporate a Yoga stretch routine to my regular cardio and excercise program.  My strength and flexibilty has improved so much that my golf game also improved.  I am totally delighted!  Yoga will be a part of my daily routine forever.  Thank you Cheryl.

I have been taking yoga at Forward Motion with Cheryl Ward for 8 months now and have already noticed surprisingly fast results. My flexibility and balance have increased greatly as has my ability to concentrate and breathe. With this, I have been able to cope with everyday stressors and lead a much more relaxing life. I love the comfortable atmosphere and small class size as it makes it much easier to concentrate on my own goals. I can honestly say that I couldn’t live without my weekly yoga class!
