Yoga has been beneficial for me in so many ways. It has helped me with chronic aches and pains in my hip joints, back and wrist. I've improved my flexibility, strength and balance. You don't have to be an athlete to take yoga, we all work at maintaining our bodies which becomes more difficult as you age. 
One of the best things about Forward Motion Yoga is the serene atmosphere with the peaceful background music and of course Cheryl's effervescent leadership. It's your time to escape for an hour from everything else in your life and focus on YOU.

I had the pleasure of being reintroduced to Yoga last year when I joined one of Cheryl Ward's classes at Forward Motion Yoga..  After only a few short months I could feel and see the difference.  My back no longer hurt, my posture improved dramatically and I felt inches taller.  People commented on how tall and straight I looked.  I feel great!  Yoga is now a way of life.  Every morming I incorporate a Yoga stretch routine to my regular cardio and excercise program.  My strength and flexibilty has improved so much that my golf game also improved.  I am totally delighted!  Yoga will be a part of my daily routine forever.  Thank you Cheryl.
