"We’ve just completed our 3rd Yoga class here at the centre with both the toddlers and the pre-schoolers and they loved it! Forward Motion Yoga did a fabulous job with the children, keeping them engaged, assisting in postures, creating lots of laughter and then were able to create silence in the room for our final relaxation pose.
